These Terms govern the Kedlin QuickBooks Integration ("Service"), operated by Kedlin.
The Service provides authorized internal applications with programmatic access to QuickBooks Online data via the Intuit API. Not available for public use.
Access requires explicit authorization from Kedlin. By connecting your QuickBooks Online account, you authorize the Service to read and manage financial data on your behalf.
We access QuickBooks data solely for financial reporting, transaction management, and reconciliation. We do not sell, share, or distribute your financial data to third parties.
We implement OAuth 2.0 authentication, encrypted token storage, HTTPS transport, and access controls.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty.
